
It’s often hard to believe that some of the tastiest foods can also be among the healthiest.
Take those delicious slices of watermelon we slurp up as a treat on hot summer days.

The fruit, which originated in Southern Africa, contains lots of important nutrients, including potassium, vitamin C and lycopene.
