Food allergies have become increasingly common in the United States.
It is estimated that up to 15 million Americans have one or more food allergies.
Foods that often trigger allergic reactions include peanuts, eggs, milk, soy, wheat and fish.
If you have food allergies, then you understand just how important it is to eschew (see definition and hear pronunciation below) foods and food products that contain these ingredients.
Otherwise, you could have an allergic reaction, which can sometimes be life threatening!
