Taking a leisurely walk on a pleasant day gives us a chance to relax and enjoy our surroundings.
But the physical exertion serves another purpose. Walking increases blood flow to the brain, fueling it to work a bit harder.
That’s why setting aside a short time every day to perambulate (see definition and hear pronunciation below) is a great way to stimulate your thoughts.
