If you’re looking for something that conjures up images of wintertime, chestnuts are right up there with snowmen and reindeer.
Holiday song lyrics even reminisce about “chestnuts roasting on an open fire”!
What’s so great about these nuts?
You probably don’t hear much about their nutritional value, but chestnuts are chockfull of vitamin C, folate and manganese.
