The Inland Taipan snake, also known as “Fierce Snake,” is regarded as the world’s most venomous land snake.
In fact, this snake’s venom is so virulent (see definition and hear pronunciation below) that one bite is said to contain enough poison to kill 100 humans.
The good news is that humans rarely encounter these snakes, which originate from Australia.
In fact, no fatalities have ever been recorded!
